PAYMENT
What are the payment options available to me?
You could pay for your Organik Truck purchase using your Credit/ Debit Card/ Gpay and other electronic means of transfers. If you’d like to make a bank transfer or make a payment through cheque, do connect with us on organiktruck@gmail.com
Do you offer a Cash On Delivery (COD) payment facility?
Nope. Sorry.
What do I do if my payment fails to process?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do I have to pay delivery charges?
Good news. No delivery charges if your purchases are of Rs. 500 or above. A delivery charge of Rs. 50 will be levied for purchases less than Rs. 500.
When can I expect to receive the order?
Soon. Very soon. We promise. We normally ship the products within 24 hours of the order being placed.
ORDER TRACKING
How can I confirm that the order has been successfully placed?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Organik Truck. Do retain this email as it contains important information about your order.
CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION
Can I cancel an order?
What? You really want to cancel that order? Are you sure? Well then get in touch with our Customer Service organiktruck@gmail.com or +919820001202 and share your order number with us. We will cancel the order and refund the payment within 7 days of cancellation.
Can I modify or change my order?
Oops. Changed your mind have you? No problem. Get in touch with our Customer Service organiktruck@gmail.com or +919820001202 and ask us nicely. You could even update your shipping address in this manner. The faster you tell us, the faster we can fix things for you.
When can I expect a refund for my cancelled order?
What? You really expect your money back?? Just kidding. We don’t like processing refunds. But we’re nice people. We will process your refund within 15 days once the order cancellation is confirmed.

We aim to please. Always. But sometimes, only sometimes, our fruit/ vegetable or grocery product could turn out to be bad from inside. What is the standard procedure for processing a Refund/ Credit/ Replacement?
